[DANDOM-BALTIMORE/D.C.] Another closer place????

Right now as it is, six blocks is pretty far.  Is there something closer?  
I don't want to have to park twice and pay two fees and drive with a drink in me to the show.
I also like the idea of being closer so the band will come.  Herington has been know to show up some times if it is close.
